These terms apply to the Obnexo website and early beta Google Sheet. They remain subject to legal review.
1. Website use
You may browse this site and request a copy of the Obnexo Sheet. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information.
2. Google Sheet beta
The Sheet is an early beta without a service-level commitment. Features, supported obligations, data sources, limits, and access may change or be withdrawn. It is not a substitute for professional judgment or checking official filing records.
3. Setup and installation
Requesting the Sheet creates a short-lived setup intent and may send an operational setup email. A copied Sheet must be connected using the same email. Only one Sheet may be active for a beta workspace, and replacing it requires explicit confirmation.
4. Information accuracy
Companies House and inferred compliance information may be delayed, incomplete, or require review. You remain responsible for verifying deadlines and completing filings or payments.
5. Operational and marketing email
Setup and security emails are operational. Product news, guidance, and offers are optional and require a separate request and email confirmation. Requesting the Sheet does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
6. Intellectual property
Obnexo branding, copy, and site materials remain the property of Meridian View Ltd unless stated otherwise.
